Alliance works with clients to achieve their sustainability targets while also recommending sustainability solutions of our own which we’ve developed from experience.
As a catering company, Alliance’s responsibility and connection with the environment comes naturally. The company exists because of what it takes from the world, so it has an equal responsibility to give back and protect natural resources.
Onsite we recycle waste and where possible food scraps. Our worm farm facilities have been successful at many sites where all food waste is processed by worms.
We also offer biodegradable packaging solutions for client sites.
